Elegant 1915 Masonry brick building, originally built by the Masons for the Masonic Fraternal organization. It consists of two stories with a basement. Spacious industrial/storage area (667 sq ft) with exterior access, stairs to basement, a storage/utility closet at the top of the stairs, and a floor opening with a conveyer to the basement. Up to 2400 sq ft of basement space is available.

This space has beautiful original period 12' high tin ceilings and wood floors. The current condition is best described as 'unimproved'. Excellent for industrial or storage use. Can be restored to original condition if desired by cleaning, patching holes in plaster, painting, refinishing floors, and extending/finishing partition between front office area and rear Highbay area.

There is a sliding 48" door to the wide alley, two high east windows, and one eye level window near the side door.

This space could also be restored to the original as-built configuration by removing the front suspended ceiling, paneling, and 8' walls to create a 1400 sq ft restored open space with 12' high decorative tin ceilings

The original rear entrance door and two original windows have been blocked up but could be restored if desired.

This space connect to the Center Highbay Space through a door. There is no separate basement access.
